BCBA - Relo to Coachella Valley

Clinical Supervisor role leading functional assessments, developing data-driven treatment plans, and supervising and mentoring BTs and Program Supervisors. Responsibilities include delivering parent training, maintaining 30 billable hours per week, collaborating within a pod model for clinical consistency, and contributing to ongoing training, QA, and curriculum development. Requires a Master’s in ABA (or related field) and BCBA certification; experience with autism; strong clinical focus and collaboration within a supportive team. Role includes in-person center-based work with a flexible hybrid schedule (2 days remote, 3 days onsite) in Indian Wells, CA, with potential collaboration on research initiatives and academic partnerships (e.g., UCLA).
