Job Summary
Provide behavioral support and clinical oversight for students with diverse learning and behavioral needs. Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs); supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure fidelity of ABA implementation; collect and analyze behavioral data to drive decision-making; collaborate with families, school staff, and related service providers; provide training on behavior strategies and interventions; maintain documentation in line with BACB standards; prepare materials for effective service delivery across settings; implement crisis intervention strategies as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance, as applicable by state
