Job Summary
Deliver high-quality clinical oversight for in-home ABA services via telehealth; provide remote coaching, supervision, and support to Behavior Technicians in the field; develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles; lead virtual family training sessions to reinforce strategies and drive consistency; maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making; leverage the CareConnect platform for seamless documentation, programming, and progress monitoring.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification or eligibility
- ability to provide remote supervision and telehealth services
- experience delivering ABA therapy in-home and in-clinic settings
- data-driven decision making, progress monitoring and documentation
- leadership or mentoring capabilities
- excellent communication with families and teams
- Compliance with relevant ethics and confidentiality standards
- CEU support or willingness to engage in ongoing professional development
