BCBA Part Time Case Manager - Center Based Services (2 School Days Per Week)

Supervise ABA providers to ensure correct implementation of programs and behavior management tactics while conducting monthly case observations and developing behavior plans as needed. Maintain contact with parents to address caregiver questions and concerns, and participate in IEP meetings to write progress reports and goals. Review program books weekly to monitor data, revise instructional tactics, and create teaching materials for each client on caseload. Provide clinical supervision for assigned therapists and engage in Crisis Prevention Intervention holds or transport during behavioral episodes. Work collaboratively with related service providers and classroom staff to ensure consistency across settings.
