Job Summary
Conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and monitor client progress to adjust interventions as needed. Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians while collaborating with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support meaningful clinical progress. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards. This hybrid position in Nebraska requires one in-person visit monthly and offers flexible scheduling with no caseload minimums or maximums. Compensation reaches up to $80/hour, and the role includes a dedicated BCBA Success Manager for ongoing professional support.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
