Job Summary
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized behavioral treatment plans for children. Responsibilities include conducting functional behavioral assessments and analyses, developing detailed assessment and programming goals, coaching and mentoring staff, overseeing program implementation, monitoring data collection, conducting parent training on treatment goals, and addressing parental concerns with the Clinical Supervisor.
