Job Summary

Conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and monitor client progress while adjusting interventions as needed. Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs, and collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards. This hybrid role in Nebraska requires one in-person visit per month and offers up to $80/hour with flexible scheduling and no non-compete. The employer provides a dedicated BCBA Success Manager and supports licensure expansion through the LBA Expansion Program.

Required Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Hybrid position, allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
