Job Summary
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and collaborate on Individualized Education Program (IEP) and Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) development. Provide modeling, coaching, and collaboration with site-based educators and staff while supervising Scoot-employed Registered Behavior Technicians, with in-person supervision preferred. Observe and communicate across varied indoor and outdoor environments, including medically fragile or high-behavior situations, while maintaining ethical, sustainable supervision models that prioritize quality over volume. Requires a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, active BCBA certification, and experience with school-aged children. Hourly pay ranges from $55.00 to $70.00.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Active BCBA certification through the BACB
- Commitment to ethical, collaborative, student-centered behavior support
- Sitting, standing, and walking, and able to lift up to 30 lbs while safely assisting students
