Job Summary
Conduct telehealth supervision sessions and complete monthly in-person client visits to oversee Behavior Technicians and RBTs. Provide clinical oversight, mentorship, and progress monitoring while maintaining documentation per regulatory standards. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care. Afternoon and evening availability is required to support client scheduling needs. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling with growth opportunities within a supportive clinical and administrative team across Oakland, Shiawassee, Ottawa, and Genesee counties.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Active LARA License (if applicable)
- Reliable transportation for in-person visits
- Afternoon and evening availability
