Job Summary
Conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and provide supervision to behavior technicians implementing programs. Monitor client progress to modify plans as needed, while collaborating with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals. Deliver parent training and caregiver support sessions, maintaining accurate documentation to ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards. This hybrid role in North Carolina offers flexible scheduling, W2 or 1099 options, and access to an extensive CEU library. Dedicated BCBA Success Managers provide ongoing clinical support, and the company offers internal promotion pathways for leadership development.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Eligible for or currently holding North Carolina licensure
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
