Conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and provide supervision to behavior technicians implementing programs. Monitor client progress to modify plans as needed, while collaborating with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals. Deliver parent training and caregiver support sessions, maintaining accurate documentation to ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
