Job Summary
Conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and provide supervision to behavior technicians implementing programs. Monitor client progress, modify treatment plans as needed, and collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals. Deliver parent training and caregiver support sessions while maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with ethical standards. This hybrid role in North Carolina offers flexible scheduling, no non-compete, and access to an extensive CEU library and leadership development pathways.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Eligible for or currently holding North Carolina licensure
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
