BCBA � Hybrid (Maryland)

Conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and provide supervision to behavior technicians implementing programs. Monitor client progress to modify plans as needed, while collaborating with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals. Deliver parent training sessions and maintain accurate documentation ensuring compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
