BCBA � Hybrid (Maryland)

Conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and provide supervision to behavior technicians implementing programs. Monitor client progress, modify treatment plans as needed, and collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals. Deliver parent training sessions and maintain accurate documentation ensuring compliance with ethical standards. This hybrid role in North Carolina offers flexible scheduling, no caseload limits, and no non-compete.
