Job Summary
Conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and provide supervision to behavior technicians implementing programs. Monitor client progress, modify treatment plans as needed, and collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals. Deliver parent training sessions and maintain accurate documentation ensuring compliance with ethical standards. This hybrid role in North Carolina offers flexible scheduling, no caseload limits, and no non-compete. Full-time candidates receive health benefits, PTO, and a dedicated Success Manager, while part-time and 1099 opportunities are available. Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Eligible for or currently holding North Carolina licensure
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
