Job Summary

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans for children and families across North Carolina. Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians while monitoring client progress to modify treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams, including parent training and caregiver support sessions. Maintain accurate documentation ensuring compliance with ethical and clinical standards. This hybrid role combines in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities with flexible scheduling and no minimum or maximum caseload requirements. Eligible for full-time or part-time positions with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Required Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Eligible for or currently holding North Carolina licensure
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
