Job Summary

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients receiving ABA services in home, school, and community environments. Provide clinical oversight by supervising RBTs and behavior therapists to ensure treatment fidelity, while reviewing data and documentation for accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to align goals and support real-world skill generalization. Maintain ethical standards and regulatory compliance across diverse client populations. Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in ABA or related field
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • State licensure as required
  • Experience providing ABA services in home, school, or community-based settings
  • Experience supervising RBTs and clinical staff
  • Strong understanding of ABA ethics, documentation, and payer requirements
