Job Summary
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop Behavior Intervention Plans for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities across New Jersey. Train and support staff, families, and caregivers while supervising Registered Behavior Technicians as needed. Monitor data, adjust interventions, and collaborate with Support Coordinators and interdisciplinary teams to document services per DDD requirements. Services are delivered in-home, in group homes, day programs, or hybrid settings with flexible part-time or per-diem schedules. Active BCBA certification and NJ Behavior Analyst license required.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Active NJ Behavior Analyst license (or in process)
- Experience with adults with IDD
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel across NJ
- Ability to clear state & federal background checks
- Ability to clear CRDD registry
- Ability to clear DDD trainings (Danielle's Law, Stephen Komninos' Law, HIPAA, UIR, ANE) before service delivery
