Job Summary
BCBA to supervise children on the autism spectrum at our location in Clio, MI. Primary responsibilities include assessment of clients using VB-MAPP, ABLLS, PEAK, and Essentials for Living; conduct Functional Analysis for behaviors; maintain a caseload of 25 hours of face-to-face supervision with both center-based and in-home clients; create treatment plans based on assessments with targeted goals for the child and parent; provide consultation for other professionals; ensure medical records input aligns with insurance and company policy; staff training for required supervision hours; ensure 20% supervision per week and parent training hours as required; implement function-based behavior plans; supervise practicum students as assigned; and support a multidisciplinary team.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree with BCBA certification
- BCBA certification
