Job Summary

Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in-home and community settings under the supervision of the Executive Director and Clinical Director. Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains while training paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans. This role is available in North Carolina for full-time or part-time positions, with options for in-home or hybrid schedules including optional weekends. Candidates must hold a Master's degree and current BCBA certification, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in systems such as Central Reach.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in psychology, special education or related fields
  • Current BCBA, Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification
  • Proficient in systems such as Central Reach
