Job Summary

Conduct behavioral analysis services for children with autism and related disorders in-home and community settings under direct supervision from the Executive Director and Clinical Director. Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains while providing staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans. Work with teams to support infants through teenagers in developing essential skills. Requires current BCBA certification, a master's degree, and proficiency in Central Reach systems. Full-time or part-time hybrid positions available in North Carolina with flexible scheduling.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in psychology, special education or related fields
  • Current BCBA, Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification
  • Proficient in systems such as Central Reach
