Job Summary
Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in-home and community, with supervision by Executive Director & Clinical Director. Develop, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains; train paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans. Hybrid in-home and clinic-based opportunities in North Carolina (Raleigh area), with flexible scheduling and potential sign-on bonuses. Requires BCBA certification and master’s-level education; strong writing and interpersonal skills; team-oriented with experience using Central Reach; full-time or part-time opportunities available.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, special education or related fields
- Current BCBA, Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification required
- Strong interpersonal and writing skills
- Established management skills
- Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team.
- Proficient in systems such as Central Reach
