Job Summary
Conduct functional behavior assessments, skill assessments, and ongoing treatment evaluations to develop individualized behavior intervention plans. Provide real-time clinical supervision, coaching, and modeling to Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians while ensuring program fidelity and staff certification timelines. Analyze behavioral data to refine programming and oversee daily classroom operations within a partner childcare center. Collaborate with parents, childcare staff, and interdisciplinary providers to ensure consistency across environments. Review and approve team timesheets, monitor session conversions, and maintain ethical compliance standards. Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA or related field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Experience supervising RBTs and clinical staff
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with children with ASD in early childhood or classroom settings (preferred)
