BCBA | Great Benefits + Clinical Support - Hybrid

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans for children and families throughout Nebraska. Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians, monitor client progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals while maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with ethical standards. This hybrid role requires one in-person visit per month and offers up to $90/hour with flexible scheduling, no caseload limits, and no non-compete. A dedicated BCBA Success Manager supports ongoing clinical and professional development through the LBA Expansion Program.
