Job Summary

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans for children and families throughout Nebraska. Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians, monitor client progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals while maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with ethical and clinical standards. This hybrid role requires one in-person visit per month and offers a dedicated BCBA Success Manager for ongoing clinical and professional support, including reimbursement for the LBA Expansion Program to obtain additional state licensure.

Required Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Hybrid position with only one required in-person visit per month

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
