Job Summary
Conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians implementing programs. Monitor client progress to adjust treatment plans as needed while collaborating with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards. This hybrid role in Nebraska requires one in-person visit per month and offers up to $90/hour with flexible scheduling. No non-compete agreements apply, and the firm provides a dedicated BCBA Success Manager for ongoing clinical and professional support.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
