Job Summary
Conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians. Monitor client progress to adjust treatment plans as needed while collaborating with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards. This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling, no caseload limits, and a dedicated Success Manager. The organization supports LBA Expansion Program licensure reimbursement and operates without non-compete agreements.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Eligible for or currently holding Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
