Job Summary
Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans while conducting FBAs, updating client programs, and tracking progress. Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors, provide parent coaching, and maintain quality documentation and reports. Mentor staff and lead monthly training sessions to stay current with research and share best practices with the team. This fully remote role requires 25 billable hours weekly and offers a sign-on bonus. You must hold a Master's degree, BCBA certification, and TMHP, Texas Children's, UHC, and Well Point credentials.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
- BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional)
- Must be credentialed with TMHP (Texas Medicaid Health Plan), Texas Children's, UHC, & Well point
- Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years in Applied Behavior Analysis working in a remote environment
- Experience developing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans
- Previous work as a Behavior Technician or Case Supervisor
