Job Summary
Conduct effective and ethical applied behavior analysis services for adult clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities across in-person and telehealth settings. Perform annual behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and manage data tracking in Therap for caregivers and staff. Supervise RBTs and BCaBAs, maintaining an average of 15% supervision hours monthly. Manage your own caseload and schedule while collaborating with the Director of Behavior Services through weekly or monthly meetings. Participate in IP, IDT, and departmental meetings, providing professional feedback to clients and teams. Maintain detailed documentation, adhere to the Ethics Code, and respond to emergency situations as they arise.
Required Qualifications
- Pass a criminal background check
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Able to drive to and from the FRIENDS building 5 days per week as well as to our clients that are all less than 30 minutes from the FRIENDS building
- Knowledge of and experience in Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Therap
- Able to accept feedback, maintain a generally positive attitude, and follow the Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts
- Ability and willingness to safely lift 50 pounds
- Able to be Safety Care Core Certified, physically able to implement physical management safely, ethically, and accurately, and recertify annually with FRIENDS of Broomfield
- Ability to organize and maintain detailed documentation, records, and reports
- Excellent time management skills
- Willingness and ability to respond to emergency situations as they arise
- Must have a certification in good standing as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the BACB
- At least 12 consecutive months of experience in the IDD field providing direct services
