Job Summary
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans for children and families across multiple states. Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians while monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support meaningful progress, maintaining accurate documentation aligned with ethical and clinical standards. This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling with no caseload caps or non-compete agreements, including an LBA expansion program for additional licensure support.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
