Job Summary
Provide school-based ABA services, supervise RBTs delivering direct treatment, and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support learners. Develop and update behavior intervention plans, analyze behavioral data to adjust programming, and complete clinical documentation. This role involves working within local schools as an independent contractor while employed by CYD, a BCBA-owned ABA company. Candidates must hold current BCBA certification and a North Carolina LBA. Flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement are available.
