Job Summary
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans for children and families throughout Nebraska. Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians while monitoring client progress to adjust treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support meaningful clinical progress, maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with ethical standards. This hybrid position requires one in-person visit per month and offers flexible scheduling with no minimum or maximum caseload requirements. Compensation is up to $90/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Hybrid position, allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month
