Job Summary
Conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians implementing programs. Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards. This hybrid position in Nebraska allows clinicians to work primarily remotely with only one required in-person visit per month. No non-compete agreements apply, and a dedicated BCBA Success Manager provides ongoing clinical and professional support.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Hybrid position, allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month
