Job Summary
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans for children and families across North Carolina. Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians, monitor client progress, and modify treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals, including parent training and caregiver support sessions. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards. This hybrid role combines in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities with flexible scheduling. Eligible candidates receive access to an extensive CEU library, company-sponsored events, and a dedicated Success Manager for ongoing professional support.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Eligible for or currently holding North Carolina licensure
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
