Job Summary

Conduct one-on-one ABA behavior interventions to teach communication, daily living skills, and encourage positive behaviors while gradually reducing prompts for independent responses. Accurately collect unbiased behavior data and communicate proactively with families, staff, and clinical directors. Complete unrestricted activities including observing clients, training caregivers on behavior-analytic programs, conducting assessments, and writing revised behavior plans under BCBA mentorship. Maintain ethical compliance and build trusting relationships through social interaction. This paid supervision program offers 70% of hours covered, with a comprehensive 7-level curriculum and monthly mentor meetings to support the path to the BCBA exam.

Required Qualifications

  • Enrolled or graduated from a BACB approved Master's or Certification Program
  • Program must have BACB reported exam pass rate of 60% of higher for 3 consecutive years OR be ABAI/APBA accredited program
  • Pass the RBT exam within 30 days of employment (if not already certified)
  • Must be active RBT for 60 days with HHF
  • Strong verbal and written communication for speaking with clients' families and recording session notes
  • All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a comprehensive background check
  • All new hires must complete E-Verify as required by USCIS
