Job Summary
Conduct behavioral evaluations and develop individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans. Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals. Maintain precise documentation ensuring services align with ethical and clinical standards. This fully remote role offers flexible hours, no case limits, and no non-compete agreements, supported by a dedicated Success Manager and the LBA Expansion Program for state licensing assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Certificaci�n activa como BCBA en regla
- Maestr�a en An�lisis de la Conducta, Psicolog�a, Educaci�n o un campo relacionado
