Job Summary
The BCBA Clinical Supervisor (PRN) provides supervision, mentorship, and oversight to Behavior Analyst Interns and Assistant Behavior Analyst Interns toward certification as BCBA/BCaBA. Ensures supervision aligns with BACB ethics and certification requirements, mentors interns delivering behavior-analytic services to individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities, and oversees supervised fieldwork hours (typically in-person with some remote sessions, totaling ~17 hours/month). Supervises interns across settings including short-term residential programs for ages 8–17, clinics, and community-based long-term support for teens and adults; majority of supervision is in person with some via secure video conferencing. Complies with BACB Ethics Code and Texana policies; maintains ongoing BACB updates. Salary range: $46.80-$52.00/hour depending on experience. Texana offers free CE opportunities. Reports to Senior Manager at assigned location.
Required Qualifications
- Board certification (through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board) and Texas license or certification
- Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis or with BACB required behavior analysis credits during degree completion
- Minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with autism or intellectual disabilities
- Completed the Supervisor requirements of the BACB
- Able to discuss and explain technology using scientific and lay terms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with clinical technology and data review
- Ability to collaborate with caregivers and clients in multidisciplinary teams
- CPR and SAMA proficiency
