Job Summary
Conduct clinical supervision for assigned client cases, ensuring treatment integrity through direct observation, protocol modification, and BACB-standard documentation. Perform developmental skills assessments using tools like ABLLS-R, AFLS, and VB-MAPP to evaluate treatment effectiveness, while leading Functional Behavioral Assessments and Functional Analyses to develop function-based treatments. Provide oversight, feedback, and mentorship to Program Managers and Interventionists, ensuring their team meets minimum billable hours of 28 per week. Deliver Behavior Skills Training (BST) to teachers, technicians, and parents, and collaborate with school personnel on IEP meetings and interdisciplinary programming. Maintain an average of 5 billable hours daily, with service areas covering Santa Ana and Irvine.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in related field
- BCBA certified
- Strong ABA and clinical skills
- Self-disciplined: Able to schedule and attend client appointments and clinical team meetings with consistency, reliability and punctuality
- Excellent written and spoken communication: Clear language, accurate grammar and spelling
- Excellent time management skills: Understands how to allocate working day between billable hours and non-billable hours, onsite (direct) and in-office (indirect) supervision hours
- Excellent interpersonal skills: Builds rapport with clients and with colleagues, and cultivates rapport between clinical team and client family
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
- Bilingual skills valued, Spanish preferred
