BCBA Clinical Supervisor in Santa Barbara

BCBA Clinical Supervisor role in Santa Barbara County with Beachmont Behavioral Health. Full-time salary position (85–95K) in a hybrid arrangement combining home/community visits across Ventura & Santa Barbara Counties with occasional clinic or telehealth. Responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments and skills-based assessments, developing data-based treatment plans and BIPs, supervising RBTs/behavior technicians, delivering caregiver training using BST and empirically supported curricula, monitoring outcomes with reliable data systems, ensuring payer-compliant documentation, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams while upholding BACB Ethics Code and privacy laws. Minimum qualifications include a Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field; current BCBA certification in good standing; valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home/community services; strong fluency with ABA measurement and supervision practices. Preferred qualifications include 1–2 years of experience and Spanish bilingual capability. Travel is local and scheduled.
