Job Summary
Lead functional assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans for individuals with autism and developmental needs. Provide mentorship and supervision to Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors while delivering parent training to ensure high clinical quality. Contribute to ongoing training, quality assurance, and curriculum development within a collaborative team structure. This role supports a service model including center-based and home-based ABA with up to two remote work days per week. Candidates must hold a completed Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and an active BCBA certification.
Required Qualifications
- completed Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- An active, unexpired Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs
- Comfortable using technology (iPad, electronic data collection, scheduling platforms)
- TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
