Job Summary
Lead functional assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans while providing mentorship and supervision to Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors. Deliver parent training to ensure high clinical quality and contribute to ongoing training, quality assurance, and curriculum development. This role supports a collaborative team structure focused on reducing administrative burdens to prioritize direct clinical care delivery. You will work with individuals with autism and developmental needs, utilizing technology for electronic data collection and scheduling. The position offers a full-time schedule with two remote days per week, a performance bonus, and opportunities for research collaboration with UCLA.
Required Qualifications
- completed Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- An active, unexpired Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs
- Comfortable using technology (iPad, electronic data collection, scheduling platforms)
- TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance
