BCBA Clinical Supervisor - Home Based

Job Summary
Lead functional assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans for individuals with autism and developmental needs. Provide mentorship and supervision to Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors while delivering parent training to ensure high clinical quality. Contribute to ongoing training, quality assurance, and curriculum development initiatives. Work in a collaborative team structure that reduces administrative burdens to focus on clinical excellence. This full-time, center-based role includes two work-from-home days per week and offers a $6,000 annual performance bonus. Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and an active BCBA certification. Required Qualifications
- completed Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- An active, unexpired Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs
- Comfortable using technology (iPad, electronic data collection, scheduling platforms)
- TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
