Job Summary
Conduct evidence-based behavioral therapy supervision for clients with autism spectrum disorders, ensuring treatment integrity through direct observation, protocol modification, and Functional Behavioral Assessments. Manage Program Manager teams to maintain minimum billable hours while providing clinical oversight, mentorship, and performance feedback in alignment with BACB standards. Deliver Behavior Skills Training to teachers, technicians, and parents, and collaborate with school personnel to present goals and behavioral recommendations during interdisciplinary meetings. Maintain accurate documentation for RBTs, BCaBAs, and candidates while supporting team professional development through structured training and constructive feedback cycles.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in related field
- BCBA certified
- Strong ABA and clinical skills
- Self-disciplined: Able to schedule and attend client appointments and clinical team meetings with consistency, reliability and punctuality
- Excellent written and spoken communication: Clear language, accurate grammar and spelling
- Excellent time management skills: Understands how to allocate working day between billable hours and non-billable hours, onsite (direct) and in-office (indirect) supervision hours
- Excellent interpersonal skills: Builds rapport with clients and with colleagues, and cultivates rapport between clinical team and client family
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
- Bilingual skills valued, Spanish preferred
