Job Summary
Maintain minimum billable hours of an average of 5 hours per workday while supervising Program Managers to ensure they meet a minimum of 28 hours weekly. Provide quality clinical supervision in accordance with BACB standards, including direct observation, protocol modification, and documentation for RBTs and BCBA candidates. Conduct developmental skills assessments such as ABLLS-R, AFLS, and VB-MAPP to evaluate treatment effectiveness, and lead Functional Behavioral Assessments with functional analyses to develop function-based treatments. Deliver training to teachers, technicians, and parents using Behavior Skills Training, and collaborate with school personnel on IEP meetings and behavioral recommendations. Support client families and the clinical team through consistent oversight, feedback, and mentorship to optimize service quality and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in related field
- BCBA certified
- Strong ABA and clinical skills
- Self-disciplined: Able to schedule and attend client appointments and clinical team meetings with consistency, reliability and punctuality
- Excellent written and spoken communication: Clear language, accurate grammar and spelling
- Excellent time management skills: Understands how to allocate working day between billable hours and non-billable hours, onsite (direct) and in-office (indirect) supervision hours
- Excellent interpersonal skills: Builds rapport with clients and with colleagues, and cultivates rapport between clinical team and client family
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
- Bilingual skills valued, Spanish preferred
