Job Summary
Maintain minimum billable hours of an average of 5 hours per workday while supervising Program Manager teams to ensure they meet a 28-hour weekly target. Provide quality clinical supervision in accordance with BACB standards, including direct observation, protocol modification, and completion of documentation for RBTs, BCaBAs, and candidates. Conduct developmental skills assessments such as the ABLLS-R, AFLS, and VB-MAPP to evaluate treatment effectiveness, and perform Functional Behavioral Assessments with functional analyses to develop function-based treatments. Deliver training utilizing Behavior Skills Training to teachers, technicians, and parents, and collaborate with school personnel by conducting observations and implementing behavioral recommendations. Present proposed goals and interventions at Individualized Education Plan meetings when applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in related field
- BCBA certified
- Strong ABA and clinical skills
- Self-disciplined: Able to schedule and attend client appointments and clinical team meetings with consistency, reliability and punctuality
- Excellent written and spoken communication: Clear language, accurate grammar and spelling
- Excellent time management skills: Understands how to allocate working day between billable hours and non-billable hours, onsite (direct) and in-office (indirect) supervision hours
- Excellent interpersonal skills: Builds rapport with clients and with colleagues, and cultivates rapport between clinical team and client family
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
- Bilingual skills valued, Spanish preferred
