Job Summary
Lead the site-level clinical team at Akoya Behavioral Health by managing Clinical Supervisors, serving as the first line of support for clinical escalations, and maintaining an active personal caseload. This full-time, clinic-based role in Southfield, MI requires a Master's degree in ABA or related fields and an active BCBA certification. Annual salary is $95,000 with a schedule from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
- Michigan state license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience supervising BCBA's and RBTs, delivering family-centered ABA care
