BCBA Clinical Director

Clinical Director (BCBA) to oversee clinical operations at a premier ABA facility in Richmond Hill, GA. Responsibilities include clinical leadership and mentorship of staff, regulatory compliance with JCAHO and federal/state guidelines, developing and implementing clinical policies, reviewing clinic billings for legality, maintaining practitioner licensure, and monitoring patient outcomes to align with organizational goals. Qualifications require active BCBA certification, a Master’s degree or higher in a related field, Georgia licensure, and at least 5 years of experience in behavioral health/ABA. Schedule is 8-hour days, Monday–Friday, in-person at the St. Marys clinic. Compensation includes $80,000–$90,000 salary, sign-on bonus, and benefits; equal opportunity employer.
