Job Summary
Leading center-based ABA services as Clinical Director: supervise a team of BCBAs, guide treatment plans, and drive clinical excellence while ensuring client progress and family collaboration. Implement and oversee ABA methods including Relational Frame Theory (RFT); mentor BCBAs on clinical and leadership skills; coordinate with Operations Manager; conduct tours for prospective families; uphold evidence-based care and a culture of excellence within a modern clinic setting. This role emphasizes strategic leadership, staff development, and ongoing professional growth within an ABA organization in Macon, GA.
Required Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential is required
- Minimum of three years of experience as an in-center BCBA
- Leadership: Proven success in operational management and mentoring clinical team members
- Clinical expertise in skill acquisition and behavior reduction techniques
