Job Summary
Clinical Director role overseeing ABA clinic operations in St. Marys, GA. Lead clinical staff, ensure regulatory compliance (JCAHO, federal/state guidelines), oversee policy development, review clinic billings for legality, ensure licensure maintenance, mentor staff, monitor patient outcomes, and align clinical practices with organizational goals. Requires active BCBA certification, Georgia licensure, a Master’s degree or higher, 5+ years in behavioral health/ABA, and strong healthcare management/operational oversight skills. Required Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Speech Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
- Currently licensed to practice in the state of Georgia
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in behavioral health and ABA
- Skills in healthcare management, strategic planning, and operational oversight
