BCBA Clinical Director

Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services, overseeing patient assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while providing training and support to staff on clinical best practices. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, collaborating with families and professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Foster a culture of teamwork and professional development within the center. Manage caseloads of up to eight children with a focus on small groups and compassionate care. Work Monday through Friday in daytime hours, with up to three remote work days per month. Total compensation reaches up to $127,000 annually, including performance and mentorship bonuses.
