Job Summary
Lead and manage ABC’s clinical team delivering high-quality ABA therapy; oversee patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and ensure regulatory compliance. Drive staff training on clinical best practices, monitor patient progress, collaborate with families and professionals to ensure comprehensive care, and advance the center’s leadership and growth pathways. Role includes supervising RBTs/trainees, mentorship, and opportunities for ownership within the company; includes a remote-work benefit and a substantial compensation package with performance and mentorship bonuses. Must be a BCBA with leadership capability and experience in ABA settings, overseeing up to 8 children, and participating in ongoing professional development and clinical innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience supervising RBTs and trainees
- Leadership experience in ABA/behavioral health settings
- Ability to lead and manage clinical team
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Ensure regulatory compliance and best practices in behavioral health
- Strong collaboration with families, caregivers, and professionals
