BCBA Clinical Director

Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services while overseeing patient assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health, and provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet individual needs, and collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care. Foster a culture of teamwork, self-improvement, and professional development within the center. Manage caseloads of up to three children and work Monday through Friday during daytime hours.
